For this project, I built a prototype of a series of social media platforms that document the events leading up to and the reactions to the death of a character, Tara Patel.

I adapted a narrative I wrote that focuses on positivity, agency, and perspective into a two-minute visual storyline with images, animations, and a narrated screenplay.

I adapted the narrative for this project from a piece I wrote based on the book The Kingdom of Back a few years ago.

My initial idea was to adapt the book The Kingdom of Back into a parallel narrative structure.

For assignment 1, I am considering adapting a novel into an interactive, linear time story. The Kingdom of Back, written by Marie Lu, follow a pair of siblings who are both extraordinarily talented at music.
