Feedback

I got a lot of interesting feedback over my presentation. The key points can be summarised as:

• The direction of the project is very wholesome and optimistic.

• Well thought through in terms of production, story line, and themes.

• Visuals

• Since the descriptions are very otherworldly, more metaphysical images might better fit the tone of the words.

• Potential for layers of complexity between the words and the visuals - not too congruent, not too different.

• The video might work as layers and layers added on to one single scene.

• Audio

• Adding silence and/or difference in the cadence of the audio track would make it more powerful.

• More complex audio could be created by adding ambient sounds.

• Record quality could be improved.

• The piece doesn’t need the addition of a character. The audience themselves are the characters, and the narrative is driven by images and text.

• What kind of audience is it intended for?

• Any “maybe” moment could be a prompt for its own world.
